Why Face-to-Face Meetings are Important

A viewpoint about the value of face to face, as opposed to virtual, is to strengthen bonds among team members, reinforcement of the importance of one’s work-related roles and their implications on “real” people. Face to face meetings bring one closer together as people, and that makes it easier for all concerned.

Trade shows have always been great PR opportunities because they gain wide press coverage and attendance. For years, companies have used trade shows to introduce new products or make 
major announcements enabling them to make personal with potential customers / clients.

The participants profile include vocational Education Institutes, Universities, Colleges, Education NGOs, Schools, IT Training Providers, Business Schools, Recruitment Consultants, Principals, Teachers and Education administrators.

Marketing and Promotions

The event will be extensively marketed and promoted in mainstream and educational sector media, trade journals, by distribution of posters and flyers, direct mail and through relevant industry groups and associations.

We provide following options and facilities for exhibitors:

a] 1 table with table cloth and 3 chairs, a power point, a display stand-alone partition in an open space of 3 
sq mts.
 Cost : $1,650 incl. GST

b] Built up stand of 6 sq mts, each with company name, 2 spot lights, a power point, 1 table with table cloth and 3 chairs.
Cost : $2,200 incl. GST

c] Built up stands of 9 sq mts, each with company name, 2 spot lights, a power point, 1 table with table cloth and 3 chairs
Cost : $2,750 incl. GST

Sponsorship Opportunities

  • Inclusion of exhibitors’ name / logo or web site in all our print media ads and on our web site
  • Inclusion of exhibitors’ flyers in give away bags to visitors
  •     Cost: $550 incl. GST


    Payment Terms

  • 50% upon confirmation for participation
  • 50% on or before February 15, 2011

  • Payments to be made as per the details provided in our Tax Invoice.
